[Ducati] Ducati TIres -tryng Dunlop Qualifiers

Have just bought a 748 and before the first ride , fitted dunlop qualifiers

They warm up "twice as hot and twice as quick"- figure of speach- as my
riding buddy's m3 metzelers ( fitted days before mine, ) on his kawasaki
z750.
We do almost the same rides.
I always have more grip , much more, my front in under 2000ks is begining to
show wear , half way to the tread depth indicators on the sides of the
front,
 rear is much much better, his front looks brand new ,his rear seriously
worn particularly middle ( typical for his power delivery we think) my rear
middle quite good , sides wearing but not too bad at all though.

The weather is cold mid winter here  (South Australi) , we struggle to find
a 12 to 17 degree celcious dry day to ride amongst all the colder and wet
days 
 
My tires are always much  much warmer than his

I will probably get two fronts to one rear

  My riding style is probably contributing a bit to this wear pattern.

Any other feedback with the Qualifierts? Would like to hear
